Stopped working after a windows upgrade, I sent several emails / messages with registration info to support to no avail...no one responded to any of them, FAQs doesn't address the issue.
The recording doesn't go well with this system. The music portion has some bizarre sound that's quite impossible to remove. Please, review this and make some improvement.
I felt sorry I spent that money on that software. A lot of problems are related to it, the developer does not update the software. If you keep contacting them, they never reply. The software is full of bugs. Please save that money. Free. CoolEdit is 1005% better.
I bought the program SRS9 and when I went to use it, it said I had to buy again. However, after I bought it, I used my info given to me via email to register it without any problems. Then a month after, I lost my email with the information this being said. Now good 2 years later after registering it, I have to re register or buy it again which is some thing I will not do. I went through the process once and won't spend another dime on the SRS program due to having to RE register when it is supposed to be yours when you buy it. What a bunch of hell to keep it and is not worth it to reinvest in the program after spending a lot of money the first time on it. Very disappointed that business is done shady like that just for a sale. I would not recommend the SRS to any one after this. So please be warned not to get taken like I have.
